For Fans

How do I tip a DJ?

Navigate to the DJ's profile or find them at a live event. Click the "Send Tip" button, enter your amount, and complete the payment via MMQR using your preferred mobile wallet (KBZ Pay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, or CB Pay).

What payment methods are supported?

We support all MMQR-enabled wallets including KBZ Pay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. Simply scan the QR code with your preferred wallet app.

How do I find events near me?

Visit the Events page and use the filters to search by date, venue, or genre. You can also enable location services to see events near you.

For Artists

How do I get paid?

Once tips are verified, they're added to your available balance. You can request withdrawals once you reach the minimum of 50,000 KS. Withdrawals are processed within 1-2 business days to your registered MMQR account.

How do I create an event?

Go to your Dashboard and click "Create Event". Fill in the event details, upload flyers/videos, select the venue, and add other Artists to the lineup. Events are published immediately.

How do I become a verified DJ?

Contact our support team with your Artist profile information and social media links. Verification helps build trust with fans and increases your visibility on the platform.

Payment not processing?

Make sure you've completed the payment in your wallet app and uploaded the screenshot or transaction reference. If the issue persists, contact support with your transaction details.

Can't withdraw funds?

Ensure you have at least 50,000 KS in verified tips and that your payment details are correct. Withdrawals require OTP verification for security.

Account or login issues?

We use phone number + OTP authentication. If you're not receiving OTP codes, check your phone number is correct and try again. Contact support if problems continue.
