Terms of Use

Account Creation

When you create an account, you agree to:

• • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• • Keep your phone number and OTP codes confidential
• • Not share your account with others
• • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

Platform Fee

evev.love charges a 7% platform fee on all tips. This fee is added to the tip amount and paid by the fan. For example, a 5,000 MMK tip to a Artist will cost the fan 5,350 MMK (5,000 + 7% platform fee), and the Artist receives 5,000 MMK.

Payment Processing

• • All payments are processed via MMQR through supported mobile wallets (KBZ Pay, Wave Money, CB Pay, AYA Pay)
• • Tips require verification through payment screenshot or transaction reference
• • Verified tips are added to the DJ's available balance
• • We are not responsible for errors in payment information provided by users

Withdrawals and Payouts

• • Minimum withdrawal amount: 50,000 MMK
• • Withdrawals processed within 1-2 business days
• • OTP verification required for all withdrawal requests
• • We reserve the right to hold payouts for suspected fraudulent activity
• • Artists are responsible for taxes on income received through the Platform

Refunds and Disputes

Tips are generally non-refundable once verified. If you believe a transaction was made in error or fraudulently, contact us at support@evev.love within 7 days.

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to content you upload (profile images, event flyers, videos, track information). By uploading content, you grant evev.love:

• • A worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content on the Platform
• • The right to use your content for promotional purposes (with attribution)
• • The right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws

Content Standards

You agree not to upload content that:

• • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• • Contains hate speech, violence, or illegal activities
• • Is sexually explicit or pornographic
• • Violates privacy rights or defames others
• • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code

Platform Content

All content on the Platform (design, text, graphics, logos, software) is owned by evev.love or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without permission.

Platform "As Is"

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that:

• • The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• • Results or information obtained will be accurate or reliable
• • Any errors or defects will be corrected
• • The Platform is free from viruses or harmful components

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, evev.love and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• • Damages arising from use or inability to use the Platform
• • Actions or inactions of third parties (payment processors, venues, etc.)

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of tips processed through your account in the 12 months preceding the claim, or 100,000 MMK, whichever is less.

Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services (MMQR, mobile wallets, streaming platforms). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and conditions.

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@evev.love. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your account and data. Any pending withdrawals will be processed according to our standard procedures.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if:

• • You violate these Terms or our policies
• • We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• • You engage in behavior harmful to the Platform or other users
• • Required by law or legal process
• • We cease operating the Platform

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases. All provisions of these Terms that should reasonably survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@evev.love and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will do our best to resolve disputes amicably.

Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Yangon, Myanmar, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with evev.love on an individual basis. You waive your right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and evev.love regarding use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of modified Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or Platform notification.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, internet failures, or government restrictions.
